Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel to company offsites or key meetings may be required. Candidates must already have authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Own product domains and balance short-term priorities with long-term roadmap strategy.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, clinical stakeholders, clients, and partners to define technically grounded solutions.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI specifications.
• Launch products and features, drive adoption, and evaluate product impact through continuous iteration.
• Communicate product tradeoffs and maintain alignment with business, regulatory, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, healthcare, or data-related field preferred.
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with healthtech, AI, or data-driven SaaS products.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-powered, data-centric, or analytics-driven products in clinical, operational, or other high-stakes environments.
• Strong technical acumen, including comfort discussing data pipelines, AI/ML, APIs, and cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with agile development, Scrum, roadmapping tools, user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to navigate healthcare regulatory, compliance, and security requirements.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or experience in healthcare, life sciences, or digital health startups.
• Experience with clinical workflows, EHR integrations, HL7, or FHIR.
• Experience owning a platform supporting multiple downstream use cases.
