What you will do

• Define the strategic roadmap across platform migration, data ingestion and engineering, semantic layers, context, ontology, and governance.
• Own products for intelligent migration, legacy application logic rewriting, multi-source ingestion, data warehouse modernization, ETL/ELT transformation, and platform rationalization.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product management team.
• Partner with engineering leadership on execution strategy, pipeline workloads, query transformation, and scalable architecture.
• Set MVP milestones, prioritize initiatives, and align cross-functional teams.
• Partner with marketing, field teams, and executive customers to drive migrations, adoption, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in data infrastructure, enterprise data platforms, migration tooling, query engines, or pipeline infrastructure.
• Experience building, managing, and mentoring product management teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with SQL execution, ETL/ELT patterns, declarative pipelines, and workflow orchestration.
• Practical understanding of AI-assisted capabilities, including automated code translation, developer copilots, semantic validation, and LLM-driven refactoring.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and executive communication skills, with the ability to explain complex architecture clearly.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Menlo Park, California, or Bellevue, Washington.
