Manager II, Import/Export

Location: Hybrid role associated with St. Paul, Minnesota, United States, and Monterrey, Mexico

Salary: $115,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead North American import and export operations, including U.S.-Mexico cross-border activities.
• Manage logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Improve shipment visibility through tracking tools and operational reporting.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for international logistics.
• Implement compliant import/export procedures and advise stakeholders on tariffs, freight costs, and transportation requirements.
• Support global logistics strategy, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading international logistics or trade compliance operations.
• Experience managing U.S.-Mexico cross-border import/export activities.
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience leading and developing logistics or supply chain teams.
• Knowledge of ERP and Transportation Management Systems.
• Experience collaborating with global teams on logistics strategies.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency or experience with IMMEX programs.
