Global Logistics Senior Manager

Location: Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; at least 4 days per week in the office. Travel may include up to 20% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $221,591–$270,834 annual compensation range, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Lead the global customer logistics organization and roadmap to improve service, reduce cost, simplify flows, and strengthen end-to-end product movement.
• Define preferred product flow paths from source to customer and integrate them into new product introduction plans.
• Lead optimization programs covering network design, transportation, direct shipping, consolidation, inbound logistics, load factors, and control tower performance.
• Establish governance, SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, reporting tools, and exception-management processes.
• Drive savings delivery and value realization across a global portfolio of logistics transformation initiatives.
• Develop and lead a global team of logistics managers, industrial engineers, analysts, specialists, and project leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, customer logistics, product flow, distribution, planning, operations, or related functions.
• At least 3 years leading teams, complex projects, or cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• At least 5 years delivering logistics, transportation, or supply chain improvements with measurable business impact.
• At least 4 years working with global or regional stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, IT, procurement, trade compliance, or customer-facing functions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with global customer logistics, international transportation, inbound logistics, network design, or logistics transformation programs.
• Knowledge of transportation control towers, logistics data integration, 3PL and broker governance, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Experience managing large savings portfolios and tracking benefits realization.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and talent development skills.
