Manager, Delivery Solutions Architects - Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS)

Location: United States; willingness to travel up to 30%

Base salary: $197,100–$271,050 USD annually, depending on pay zone. Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, hire, develop, and coach Delivery Solutions Architects supporting Healthcare & Life Sciences customers.
• Accelerate clinical analytics, real-world evidence, supply-chain intelligence, quality systems, and AI/ML workloads into production.
• Guide secure, compliant architectures covering PHI, HIPAA/GxP controls, auditability, lineage, and ML/AI operations.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, Support, Emerging Technologies, and Professional Services to drive adoption and measurable customer outcomes.
• Establish forecasting, production-readiness criteria, customer health indicators, and delivery frameworks across multiple accounts.
• Act as an executive-facing technical sponsor and improve reusable patterns, accelerators, reference architectures, and playbooks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as architecture, field engineering, or consulting.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical teams, with experience delivering production workloads in regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native Lakehouse architectures, data governance, secure ML operations, and enterprise modernization.
• Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python or Scala, distributed data systems, code reviews, and solution architecture.
• Experience with ETL modernization, analytics, real-time or streaming systems, AI/ML productionization, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; willingness to travel up to 30%.
