Member of Technical Staff - Senior Robotics Software (AI Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of critical robotics software.
• Develop systems spanning motion planning, real-time control, perception, optimization, tooling, and robot infrastructure.
• Drive software and robotics architecture across the stack, from embedded systems to cloud services.
• Influence technical direction and establish engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical projects.

Requirements

• Exceptional programming skills with deep experience across multiple languages and systems.
• Experience designing and owning large, complex software systems.
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to work across the stack, from low-level robot control to cloud services.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with interest in solving complex software and robotics problems.

Nice to have

• Python experience and prior robot programming experience with ROS or other robotics frameworks.
• Experience with manipulation, motion planning, optimization, or perception.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, hardware/software integration, or real-time systems.
• Experience scaling robotics systems in production environments.
