Data Center Construction - Junior to Mid Project Manager (Data Center)

Location: Ashburn, VA, United States; approximately 4–5 days per week onsite

Salary: $90,000–$140,000 per year, commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Independently manage the full scope of data center and critical-environment construction projects while supporting components of other projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams while managing schedule, scope, budget, and client objectives.
• Manage project risks, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery plans.
• Represent clients as a trusted owner’s representative and guide informed project decisions.
• Coordinate with clients, A&E professionals, contractors, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage invoicing and collections, identify add-services opportunities, gather requirements, and resolve complex challenges and conflicts.

Requirements

• Availability for approximately 4–5 days per week onsite in Ashburn, VA, subject to client needs.
• At least 3 years of construction project management experience and a strong understanding of building design and construction processes.
• At least 2 years of experience managing critical-environment construction projects such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
