Project Manager, Technical Services Delivery

What you will do

• Define project plans, objectives, scope, schedules, and work plans.
• Manage scope, communication, quality, risks, issues, and project progress.
• Track billable and nonbillable costs to support accurate billing.
• Provide regular strategy, adjustment, and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Measure project performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and directly manage consultants, including role definition, feedback, team cohesion, and professional support.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a related professional role.
• Strong attention to detail and oral and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting to customer stakeholders or senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and meet deliverables.
• Experience tracking process or continuous improvement items.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and motivate teams.
