Field Engagement & Experience Intern, Year round (Life Insurance Underwriting)

What you will do

• Support case managers and underwriters with the progression of life insurance applications.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify insights and process improvement opportunities.
• Test and optimize AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity and knowledge sharing.
• Support Underwriting Relationship Managers with Network Office partnerships, meeting preparation, communications, and issue resolution.
• Develop presentations, training materials, and communications on underwriting practices, processes, and digital tools.
• Research advisor feedback and service trends to improve field engagement and the underwriting experience.

Requirements

• Incoming junior or senior graduating within 1–2 years.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, insurance, management, communications, operations, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Employer immigration sponsorship is not available.
