2027 Summer Internship Program

Location: Delray Beach, Florida, United States

Private owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure, providing build-to-suit and colocation solutions for the telecommunications industry through a nationwide portfolio of more than 18,000 towers.

What you will do

• Gain hands-on exposure to the telecommunications and digital infrastructure industry through assignments and projects.
• Support department-specific initiatives and business projects that contribute to organizational goals.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build professional relationships across the organization.
• Manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in team-building, professional development, and mentoring activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Strong academic performance and interest in telecommunications, real estate, technology, business, finance, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
• Experience or strong interest in AI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, learn quickly, accept feedback, and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or work experience.
• Campus involvement, leadership experience, or participation in student organizations.
