Claim Professional Development Program (CPDP) Internship

Salary: $25.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Complete structured onboarding for claims systems, protocols, and processes.
• Gain exposure to personal and business insurance claims ranging from basic to moderate complexity.
• Investigate, negotiate, and resolve claims accurately and efficiently.
• Assess what happened, estimate damage, determine applicable coverage, and support customers throughout the claims process.
• Observe experienced Claim Professionals through desk assignments and ride-alongs.
• Complete core assignments and meaningful projects with guidance from a manager or mentor.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States now and in the future.
• H-1B, TN, and Forms I-983/STEM OPT sponsorship or support are not available.
• Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Suggested fields of study include business administration, liberal arts with a business focus, business management, risk management and insurance, or a related business discipline.
