Director, North America BizOps Initiatives (AI)

Location: US - San Francisco, CA; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $193,800–$310,100 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and applicable sales incentives.

What you will do

• Lead priority initiatives for the North America Regional President and executive office, including urgent surge work and longer-term standing priorities.
• Partner with the North America Chief of Staff on high-priority executive requests from planning through delivery.
• Own ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives by framing problems, conducting analysis, shaping strategy, and driving execution.
• Maintain client readiness plans and act as the PMO during major client and regional moments.
• Help identify and redesign BizOps workflows for applied AI and more streamlined operating approaches.
• Build repeatable systems, knowledge bases, and operating structures across regional business operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Preferred: 12+ years with a bachelor's degree, 8–10 years with an advanced degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
• Experience independently managing multiple initiatives, building structure from zero, and solving ambiguous business problems.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, influencing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• AI-native working style; experience leading AI transformation is a bonus.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and presentation design in PowerPoint.

• Experience in a top consulting firm or a similar advisory and operating environment.
• Experience leading AI transformation, workflow redesign, and change management.
• Knowledge of hirify.global's business and client environment.
