Operations Demand Planner - IDCS

Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States

Annual compensation: $75,000–$115,000, including base salary and bonus.

What you will do

• Develop integrated business management, demand planning, hirify.globalpment planning, and supply chain optimization processes.
• Work with sales, operations, IT, and finance to improve cross-functional processes and supply chain management.
• Review project forecasts and timelines, accounting for equipment lead times and logistics.
• Improve data collection, analysis, data quality, and customer master data management.
• Manage inventory requests and sales orders, provide stakeholder updates, and monitor aging inventory.
• Investigate order issues and recommend inventory strategies based on project pipelines, vendor lead times, and safety stock requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business supply chain, demand planning, or a similar role.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX for order tracking, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel 10%.
• Basic knowledge of data center design, operation, and maintenance is preferred.
