Production Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Anoka, Minnesota, United States

Compensation range: $62,900–$116,900 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Analyze component availability and value-stream workload to assign delivery dates for customized products and optimize production schedules.
• Monitor production progress and provide daily prioritization across operations, procurement, engineering, customer service, program management, and SIOP.
• Maintain ihirify.globalory and order records, review forecasts, process changes and cancellations, and address excess or obsolete ihirify.globalory.
• Develop part-planning strategies, coordinate component lead times, establish production sequences, and support successful new product launches.
• Resolve capacity, material, equipment, and quality constraints while developing contingency plans for schedule disruptions.
• Analyze production misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve promise-date accuracy and production attainment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, materials, or supply.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with conflict resolution and project management.
• Experience with JD Edwards or another ERP system is beneficial.
• CPIM certification through ASCM is preferred.
