What you will do

• Lead Strategic Project Leads across multiple high-stakes AI data programs.
• Own delivery outcomes including throughput, quality, SLA performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate AI researcher requirements into operational plans for custom data pipelines and expert labeling workflows.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and procurement partners on data strategies, program scoping, and escalations.
• Standardize playbooks, improve tooling, and build systems that increase operational reliability and scale.
• Coach Strategic Project Leads and partner with Product and Engineering on automation and internal systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operationally intensive roles such as marketplace operations, data operations, or logistics.
• At least 1 year of people management experience with measurable team impact.
• Systems-thinking, metrics-driven approach to operations and experience owning multi-stakeholder delivery outcomes.
• Hands-on operating style and willingness to support execution directly.
• Proficiency using LLMs in daily work, including scripting logic and working with large datasets with LLM assistance.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI data operations, including RLHF, annotation, or model evaluation.
• STEM background or strong technical fluency.
• Working knowledge of Python and React.
• Experience managing distributed contributor workforces at scale.
• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
