Implementation & Delivery Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in New York, Austin, or San Francisco, United States; office attendance required 4–5 days per week; approximately 25% customer travel.

Base salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus meaningful equity.

hirify.global is hiring for a Series E agentic AI company that builds AI agents for housing and healthcare workflows, including leasing, maintenance, resident communication, scheduling, intake, and provider communication.

What you will do

• Own enterprise implementations end to end, including scoping, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Coordinate handoffs with Sales and collaborate with Customer Success and Engagement teams.
• Map customer workflows and turn them into clear implementation plans.
• Manage multiple implementations across different product verticals.
• Configure API integrations, manage data migrations, and validate data flows.
• Visit customers on-site, share product feedback with Product and Engineering, and build implementation playbooks and onboarding frameworks.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or TAM.
• Experience managing multiple configuration-heavy implementations, such as CRM or multi-vertical SaaS deployments.
• Ability to scope, configure, and troubleshoot API integrations and data flows independently.
• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Willingness to work in the office 4–5 days per week and travel approximately 25% for on-site implementations.

• Data migration experience.
• SQL and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
