Connected Devices Associate Project Manager (Clinical Research)

Location: Durham, North Carolina, United States; remote opportunity

Salary: $59,900–$149,800 annual base pay

What you will do

• Plan, initiate, execute, control, and close small to medium-sized Connected Devices projects across clinical studies.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and keep operational stakeholders informed of project requirements.
• Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, risks, issues, project plans, and internal databases.
• Review contracts and manage out-of-scope work in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
• Prepare project information for internal and external meetings and conduct end-of-project reviews.
• Train and mentor junior project support staff and provide performance input to line managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, business management, healthcare, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in the clinical research or CRO industry.
• Experience with project planning, timelines, deliverables, budgets, risks and issues, manuals, and document management.
• Leadership, prioritization, scheduling, organization, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to maintain effective relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
