Project Manager III (HR)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; or Akron, OH. Minimal travel to Pittsburgh, PA may be required, generally less than 10%.

Base salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage complex HR projects from concept through implementation and post-project assessment.
• Support international expansion and merger and acquisition initiatives, with additional projects across workforce planning, employee experience, and HR systems.
• Develop project strategies, work plans, budgets, resource allocations, milestones, and governance processes.
• Coordinate HR centers of excellence, Technology, HRIS, HR Risk, project liaisons, and other stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage scope changes and risks, create contingency plans, and communicate status to governing bodies and executives.
• Coach project team members and facilitate discovery calls, governance meetings, presentations, and decision-making forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with project management, strategic planning, project implementation, scope development, budgeting, and leading project teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an office in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Columbus, or Akron, with occasional travel to Pittsburgh.
