Recruiting Advisor

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico

hirify.global is a global technology company seeking to strengthen its recruiting and onboarding capabilities across the Americas.

What you will do

• Build relationships with decision-makers and business leaders across hirify.global.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to create strategic sourcing plans.
• Source, recruit, and close qualified candidates, including passive professionals and diverse talent.
• Promote internal career mobility and maximize employee and external referral channels.
• Advise managers on compliant hiring processes and talent attraction strategies.
• Assess staffing tools, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting hard-to-find passive professionals.
• Knowledge of external recruitment markets, sourcing platforms, and social media channels.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, consulting, and partnership-building skills.
• Strong project management, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday Recruiting experience is an advantage.
