Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Temporary Contract

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for staff and operative roles in Mexico across maintenance and new construction.
• Handle a high volume of requisitions for entry-level through experienced positions.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess skills, motivation, interest, and organizational fit.
• Advise hiring managers and develop recruiting strategies for open positions.
• Source active and passive candidates through search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels.
• Support hiring events and internal movement between roles.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Effective candidate sourcing experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills required.
• Ability to build strong internal relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders throughout the search process.
