About the Role

You will develop and maintain Salesforce code, diagnose revenue-system issues, and build integrations across the GTM stack. You will design AI-powered automations, contribute to platform architecture, translate business requirements into tested solutions, and support code review, releases, and applicable SOX and ITGC controls.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP, platform events, and middleware
• Experience with CPQ and quote-to-cash or lead-to-cash data flows
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, or LLM-backed automations
• Debugging and systems-thinking skills
• Experience with MuleSoft, Tray.io, Workato, or similar integration platforms
• Knowledge of API design, Git, CI/CD, testing, and code review
• Cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
• Investigate and resolve issues in revenue-critical Salesforce services
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and GTM platforms
• Prototype and productionize AI-assisted workflows and automations
• Contribute to Salesforce data model, sharing model, integration, and CI/CD architecture
• Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions
• Write documented and testable code and participate in code review and release management
• Support applicable SOX and ITGC controls
