Senior Product Manager (Reporting & Analytics)

Location: Remote with the role listed in Denver, Colorado; U.S.-based employment context. Travel is less than 10%.

Base salary: $130,000–$145,000 annually plus an 8% bonus.

What you will do

• Own the reporting and analytics product roadmap, backlog, delivery milestones, and post-launch iteration across all hirify.global product lines.
• Lead the selection and implementation of a business intelligence platform with engineering and architecture.
• Align ERP, Nutrition, Payments, and State product teams around reporting requirements and priorities.
• Define customer problems through interviews, feedback, support trends, usage data, and internal research.
• Translate customer and business needs into requirements, acceptance criteria, business cases, and commercial opportunities.
• Partner on data infrastructure, tooling, architecture, internal reporting, compliance risks, data trust, and long-term scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS products.
• Experience owning a reporting, data, infrastructure-adjacent, or otherwise complex multi-stakeholder product.
• Strong customer discovery, prioritization, sequencing, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Ability to drive alignment across multiple product teams without direct authority.
• Active use of AI tools for research, synthesis, writing, analysis, or rapid prototyping.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in K–12 EdTech, public sector SaaS, or compliance-heavy domains.
• Familiarity with federal and state reporting requirements, including SRC and FERPA.
