Senior Product Manager (Benefits)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Benefits products.
• Prioritize backlogs, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and support quarterly planning and release execution.
• Drive workflow automation, AI-driven solutions, carrier integrations, partner integrations, and benefits user experiences.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, exploratory research, and business-case development.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to create scalable, secure, financially and technically feasible solutions.
• Lead product activation, adoption measurement, launch readiness, training, support, and KPI improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis in Agile environments.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and making data-driven decisions focused on customer value and adoption.
• Ability to lead cross-functional delivery of software-as-a-service products with strong velocity and quality.
• Familiarity with data analytics, data visualization, reporting tools, and Looker or equivalent platforms.
• Technical ability to define detailed software specifications and guide solutions from design through adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Experience working with APIs.
