TL;DR

What you will do

  • Handle platform support tickets.
  • Monitor the platform and analyze code to identify and fix errors.
  • Respond to support requests and help solve complex technical problems.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Information Systems, Systems Analysis, IT Management, or a related degree from the second year onward.
  • Basic SQL Server and Excel knowledge.
  • Development skills in Java or JavaScript.
  • Intermediate programming logic.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week during business hours.
