Application Support Specialist (Software)

Location: Fully remote, based in Spain

What you will do

• Act as a daily point of contact for clients through support tickets and client meetings.
• Analyse and resolve complex product issues and questions for the Exerp Platform, web services, and applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and investigate bugs with Technical Product Analysts.
• Report issues to Engineering with clear and detailed documentation.
• Participate in the Major Incident response team and resolve urgent client problems.
• Maintain a strong client focus during every interaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience in technical support or a similar client-facing software role.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are required.
• Confidence engaging with clients during meetings and critical situations.
• Experience with databases, SQL, and Excel, plus a genuine interest in IT.
• Strong attention to detail, patience, structured working habits, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs.
• Experience with payment processors such as Adyen.
• Knowledge or interest in the fitness and wellbeing industry.
• Experience with gym management software.
