IT Support Desk Intern (IT Support)

Location: Hybrid, Airside Business Park, Moon Township, PA, United States

Compensation: $18.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Fulfill IT service requests and support hardware asset management activities.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, hardware decommissioning, computer imaging, and equipment shipping.
• Build and customize devices for new hires and support device refresh initiatives.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and scanner issues for on-site and remote users.
• Collaborate on IT operations, security, compliance, and special projects.
• Document standard procedures and troubleshooting guides while managing multiple tasks.

Requirements

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate program in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• At least one year of completed college-level coursework and a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong customer support, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
