Product Owner – AI Forge Source-to-Contract Solutions (f/m/d)

Location: Hybrid (Remote/Office) in Erlangen, Germany, Berlin, Germany, Lisbon, Portugal, Prague, Czechia, or Bucharest, Romania.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities for AI Forge Source-to-Contract solutions.
• Identify and prioritize AI and digital use cases with sourcing, category management, process experts, users, and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into product scope, MVPs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success criteria.
• Drive delivery from scoping and development through validation, rollout, and continuous improvement.
• Represent business and user needs, using feedback, adoption, performance, and business outcomes to improve the product.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Product, Architecture, Data, Development, Change, Rollout, and Service teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement Digitalization, Product Ownership, or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes, including strategic sourcing, supplier discovery and evaluation, RFx, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding.
• Experience translating business and user needs into digital products, including use cases, MVPs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
• Strong product and Agile delivery capabilities, including value-based prioritization, backlog management, stakeholder alignment, sprint collaboration, product validation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/GenAI, procurement technology, SAP, sourcing, supplier management, or contract management solutions.
