EHS Specialist

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. On-site EHS oversight is required across three facilities, including manufacturing, field service operations at customer sites, and distribution operations. Relocation is available; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $97,530–$146,290 per year.

What you will do

• Lead EHS initiatives across a multi-site campus supporting manufacturing, field service, and distribution operations.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement controls and programs to reduce risk and improve employee safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, environmental, and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct training, audits, inspections, and incident investigations, and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor EHS metrics and trends, provide recommendations to leadership, and support site safety objectives.
• Maintain a visible presence on production floors, in service shops, and in warehouse operations while partnering with leaders to strengthen safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience managing EHS programs across manufacturing, field service, or industrial locations.
• Experience conducting audits, monitoring compliance, analyzing trends, and partnering with site leadership teams.
• Knowledge of risk management, decision-making, EHS policy compliance, and environmental health and safety standards.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups and adapt to complex, changing environments.
