Project Manager (Healthcare AI)

Location: Remote, US in the listing; the role is also explicitly stated to be onsite in the New York City office.

Annual base salary: $180,000–$200,000, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the master campaign calendar across customers, including launch dates, outreach waves, refresh cycles, pauses, and end dates.
• Run customer and internal campaign intake, translating business and clinical needs into precise, buildable specifications.
• Coordinate customer data, script and clinical review, compliance approval, configuration, QA, and go-live.
• Lead launch readiness reviews, identify dependencies and risks, and manage tradeoff discussions before deadlines slip.
• Maintain requirements versions, approvals, change control, launch runbooks, templates, and checklists.
• Track delivery metrics and improve planning and campaign configuration workflows for a growing campaign volume.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, program management, implementation, or technical operations for software platforms with live customer deployments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with fixed external deadlines.
• Strong requirements discipline, documentation skills, and written communication.
• Technical fluency sufficient to read configuration, understand data flows, and collaborate closely with engineering.
• Calm prioritization and judgment when timelines, customers, and internal teams are in conflict.
• Ability to work onsite in the New York City office is stated for the role.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience, especially HEDIS, Stars, patient access, or scheduling programs.
• Experience with patient or member outreach, contact center, or voice AI platforms.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI handling, and compliance review of member communications.
• Experience with Jira, Linear, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• PMP, CSM, or a similar certification.
