People Programs Manager (AI)

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Design, launch, and execute core people programs, including onboarding, manager training, development, feedback, performance, engagement, and recognition.
• Build scalable and repeatable processes that improve the employee experience across hirify.global globally.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, executives, managers, and business leaders to deliver compliant people programs.
• Advise employees and leaders on people policies, programs, and best practices.
• Use data, tooling, documentation, and process design to measure and improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Programs, People Operations, or a related people-focused function in high-growth environments.
• Experience designing and scaling people programs across the employee lifecycle in fast-moving global technology companies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional program and project management skills, including driving complex initiatives from concept through execution.
• An analytical and systems-thinking mindset with experience using data, tooling, and process design to improve operational efficiency.
• Passion for building clarity, culture, and connection in a rapidly evolving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or designing programs for global teams across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with HRIS, onboarding systems, performance tools, and related HR platforms.
• Background in organizational development, employee experience, or Learning & Development.
