Senior Director, Global Demand Planning

Location: Hybrid role based at either the London Hub in the United Kingdom or Boston Hub in the United States; up to two days per week may be worked from home. No relocation assistance is provided.

Salary: $212,033–$318,049 annually when based at the Boston Hub.

What you will do

• Own demand planning across regions, channels, and planning horizons, with accountability for forecast accuracy and bias.
• Define the global demand planning vision, operating model, decision rights, governance standards, and capability roadmap.
• Lead a major transformation to strengthen global demand planning processes, governance, and adoption.
• Establish planning forums and operating rhythms that align Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and related functions around one demand signal.
• Build performance baselines and improvement priorities for forecast accuracy, transparency, and planner effectiveness.
• Build and lead global demand planning teams, developing capability, accountability, and performance.

Requirements

• Experience owning demand planning across regions, channels, and planning horizons.
• Experience establishing global planning standards and cross-functional routines connecting Commercial and Operations.
• Experience leading demand planning transformation programs and driving adoption of new ways of working.
• Ability to use forecast, inventory, commercial, and financial insights to make enterprise planning decisions.
• Experience aligning Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance around a shared demand signal.
• Experience building and leading global teams with responsibility for capability development and performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced planning platforms, AI-enabled forecasting, or demand-sensing tools.
• Experience partnering with Supply Planning and Order Management teams.
• Experience applying commercial and financial insight to planning decisions.
