What you will do

• Lead competitive sourcing processes including RFPs and RFQs for direct and indirect services.
• Conduct complex contract negotiations to achieve optimal pricing and terms while maintaining quality.
• Perform detailed financial analyses including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Net Present Value (NPV).
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, and IT to ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
• Develop sourcing justifications and pricing rationales for leadership approval.
• Partner with Finance to validate forecasted savings and maintain system compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or clinical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contract law, pricing structures, and market analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to travel up to 20% to various company locations.

Nice to have

• Technical certifications such as CQM, CPM, or CPIM.
• Experience with ERP applications.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Operations concepts.
