Senior Financial Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

Salary: $108,000–$120,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own monthly executive and departmental financial reporting and support quarterly investor and Board reporting.
• Partner with functional leaders on performance management, budgets, headcount planning, tradeoffs, and financial operations.
• Improve and automate recurring financial processes to reduce manual work and support scalability.
• Provide actionable financial insights for executive and functional decision-making.
• Own department-level planning and consolidation while supporting annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Maintain the financial model, update actuals and assumptions, and align forecasts, systems, data, and reporting with business needs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related field, including exposure to corporate finance or FP&A.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex models.
• Experience creating recurring reports and presenting financial insights to business leaders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operational and accounting teams.
• Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and own processes end to end.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, value-based care, or multi-entity environments.
• Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, or complex partnerships.
