Enterprise Solutions Architect (Agentic AI)

Location: Remote in California, United States

Salary: $170,000–$187,000 per year, plus discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Shape enterprise architecture strategy, standards, design patterns, policies, and governance for a digital bank.
• Design and operationalize secure, auditable, scalable, and regulatory-compliant agentic AI ecosystems.
• Guide integration architecture across APIs, microservices, middleware, and enterprise banking platforms.
• Develop data architecture covering modeling, pipelines, master data management, governance, and real-time processing.
• Lead hybrid-cloud architecture and legacy-system migration or refactoring while reducing technical debt.
• Collaborate with technical and executive stakeholders to drive organization-level change and strategic programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience designing and implementing technology solutions and architecture.
• Experience as an architect on large-scale software projects and in overseeing multiple customized development processes.
• Strong knowledge of web applications, message-oriented middleware, cloud microservices, REST APIs, cybersecurity, and software quality assurance.
• Experience with C#, Java, PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, React, Angular, and Ionic.
• Experience designing and deploying autonomous AI agents using foundation models such as Claude, GPT-4/4.1, or Gemini, plus IDE-native agents and enterprise API integrations.
• Knowledge of UML, C4, 4+1 architecture models, Visio, Gliffy, Mermaid, and other architecture modeling tools.

Nice to have

• AI/ML integration experience in banking systems.
• DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cybersecurity compliance, and business process re-engineering experience.
• Vendor and partner management or technical debt management experience.
• Experience with major hyperscalers and banking platforms such as Apigee, Salesforce, Jack Henry, or FIS.
