What you will do

• Design end-to-end architectures for production-grade agentic AI solutions, including orchestration, runtime execution, workflows, tool invocation, integrations, evaluation, observability, and supportability.
• Translate product requirements, customer use cases, and business workflows into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Define reusable patterns for multi-step agent behavior, task routing, handoffs, state management, and multi-agent coordination.
• Partner with AI Platform, product, engineering, infrastructure, QA/Eval, operations, and support teams through implementation and production readiness.
• Establish integration, monitoring, testing, release, incident response, and post-release improvement practices.
• Contribute to architecture standards, reference designs, technical decision records, and responsible AI controls.

Requirements

• Experience designing or building backend systems, distributed applications, workflow platforms, integration services, developer platforms, cloud applications, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Working knowledge of APIs, asynchronous processing, event-driven architectures, service coordination, stateful systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of scalability, reliability, performance, availability, maintainability, security, and production support principles.
• Familiarity with LLM applications, AI agents, retrieval techniques, prompt and context management, tool calling, or workflow automation.
• Experience with cloud services, deployment pipelines, monitoring, logging, dashboards, production troubleshooting, testing, and evaluation.
• Strong written, verbal, collaboration, and technical communication skills for working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with production LLM applications, AI agents, workflow automation, or intelligent assistants.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks, model gateways, evaluation frameworks, vector search, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI observability.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol, structured outputs, agent memory, workflow state, multi-agent patterns, and enterprise AI integrations.
• Experience with responsible AI, safety controls, access management, data protection, human oversight, auditability, incident management, or reliability engineering.
• Relevant cloud, software architecture, data, security, or AI certifications.
