Program Director, DoW Radar (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Remote based in the United States, with up to 50% travel; onsite work in Denver, CO, Stafford Springs, CT, or Salem, NH is preferred.

What you will do

• Lead program management for all DoW Radar programs within the Value Add Assembly product line.
• Set business-group strategy, goals, budgets, operating plans, and growth objectives.
• Lead Program Managers in developing and executing business plans, schedules, budgets, and technology roadmaps.
• Coordinate manufacturing, engineering, quality, facilities, purchasing, customer service, production control, and other matrixed functions.
• Manage customer relationships, program milestones, resources, corrective actions, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Support business development, proposal strategy, market and product strategy, and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in aerospace and defense; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense electronics industry and successful organizational change implementation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of program execution, EACs, EVMS where applicable, budgets, schedules, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, business, and talent-development skills.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
