New Product Development Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: USA, Remote; Virginia Remote

Base pay: $123,400–$169,700 USD annually

What you will do

• Own approved new product development programs from business case approval through execution.
• Translate business cases into program charters, integrated schedules, milestone plans, resource plans, and governance models.
• Manage operating rhythms, action tracking, decision logs, escalations, and executive reporting.
• Drive performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments.
• Lead alignment across engineering, industrialization, supply chain, quality, procurement, operations, finance, commercial, and customer-facing teams.
• Manage design maturity, supply readiness, manufacturing capability, test readiness, quality planning, launch milestones, risks, issues, and changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, operations, business, supply chain, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 8 or more years of program or project management experience in complex product development, manufacturing, industrial equipment, electrical equipment, critical power, data center infrastructure, automotive, aerospace, or comparable technical environments.
• Experience with critical power, switchgear, power distribution, modular infrastructure, electrical systems, or engineered-to-order products.
• Experience with PLM, MES, project portfolio management, or dashboard-driven reporting environments.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
• Must be based in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
