Principal Technical Program Manager (DTCO)

Location: Hybrid work model with on-site time at an assigned hirify.global site in Hillsboro, Oregon; additional US locations include Santa Clara, California, and Austin, Texas.

Annual salary range: $220,320–$311,040 USD, depending on work location, skills, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Lead technical programs across design-technology co-optimization, circuit design, and foundational IP development.
• Drive technical projects, organizational transformation, operational excellence, hiring, workforce development, training, and budget planning.
• Align technical vision and organizational strategy across the Design Technology Platform and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate engagements with strategic customers, EDA vendors, and ecosystem partners.
• Represent the organization in technical forums and synthesize complex information for senior leadership.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• Engineering or related degree.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, master's degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep technical credibility in circuit and/or system design.
• Experience managing large-scale engineering projects, programs, or teams in hardware, software, technology platforms, or manufacturing.
• Experience with engineering project management tools and methodologies, technical problem-solving, and strategic program execution.
• Advanced leadership, communication, coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
