What you will do

• Develop and implement category strategies that improve value, costs, quality, and supplier performance.
• Conduct market analysis covering industry trends, supplier capabilities, and competitive conditions.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, including RFP preparation, supplier evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
• Drive long-term supplier partnerships and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
• Knowledge of category management principles, procurement processes, and RFP drafting.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience managing high-value contracts, supplier relationships, cross-functional teams, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, with a commitment to ethical procurement practices.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with source-to-pay platforms such as Coupa.
