What you will do

• Assess customer needs and develop sourcing strategies covering services, supplies, equipment, quantities, delivery requirements, and target industries.
• Analyze markets, industry trends, supplier capabilities, pricing, logistics, and total cost of ownership.
• Prepare solicitations and contract language, evaluate proposals, recommend suppliers, and negotiate commercial and technical terms.
• Manage acquisition projects from planning through award, modifications, administration, and closeout.
• Administer multi-year IDIQ contracts, option exercises, wage determination adjustments, and delivery orders.
• Drive supply chain savings and maintain supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 13+ years of experience in the field.
• Ability to pass a public trust background check.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience using procurement tools and systems such as CAMS, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Coupa.

Nice to have

• CPSM, CPIM, or CSCP certification.
• Supply chain degree.
