Category Manager-MRO & CapEx

What you will do

• Build supply-market and supplier profiles for assigned MRO and CapEx categories.
• Define category visions, sourcing strategies, and plans aligned with internal business demand.
• Analyze supplier pricing and develop contractual pricing models addressing inflation, currency, scope changes, and other risks.
• Manage supplier contracts, relationships, performance, costs, and risk.
• Lead cross-functional procurement initiatives with budget and P&L owners across business units.
• Improve spend-management processes, purchase-to-pay solutions, compliance, and strategic sourcing execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain, marketing, or engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience in category management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Experience analyzing complex pricing proposals, developing strategic plans, and negotiating business agreements.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, work across business or functional lines, and operate effectively in a matrix organization.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
