What you will do

• Build and maintain supply market and supplier profiles for assigned MRO and CapEx categories.
• Establish category strategies and align market-sector plans with internal demand and business objectives.
• Execute strategic sourcing, develop supplier contracts, and manage ongoing contract costs and risks.
• Analyze supplier pricing proposals and create flexible pricing models covering inflation, currency, scope changes, and cost control.
• Develop supplier performance management strategies and measurement criteria.
• Lead cross-business procurement improvements, purchase-to-pay solution adoption, compliance, and supplier relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain, marketing, or engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience in category management.
• Experience working across business or functional lines and partnering with stakeholders, budget owners, and P&L owners.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to analyze complex pricing proposals, formulate strategic plans, and influence others.
• Experience leading or participating in matrix teams and managing a team.
