Director, Clinical Operations and Strategy (AI)

Location: Dallas, TX or New York, NY; hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office per week

Salary: $185,000–$205,000 base salary annually, plus annual bonus potential

What you will do

• Lead clinical priorities from ideation and discovery through roadmap development, prioritization, experimentation, and implementation.
• Drive program management, change management, and cross-functional execution of clinical operations projects.
• Define and implement clinical workflows and processes, and optimize existing operations through experiments.
• Develop and manage KPIs and SLAs to measure clinical operations performance.
• Identify process and efficiency improvements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, support clinical leadership, and help the Chief Medical Officer with Chief of Staff responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare consulting experience at a leading healthcare consulting firm in strategy, operations, or finance.
• 2+ years of operating experience in health tech or an innovative healthcare services organization.
• Strong project management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data independently and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Fluency in using AI tools to improve clinical and business operations.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a healthcare-related field, such as MPH, MHA, or an MBA with a healthcare focus.
• Thorough understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience tackling complex problems with innovative solutions in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
