Senior Manager, Clinical Collaboration (Mental Healthcare)

Salary: $120K–$165K annually, plus potential bonus

What you will do

• Build clinical programs from concept through launch, establish operating workflows, and convert successful pilots into repeatable models.
• Design end-to-end patient and team workflows, standard operating procedures, job aids, and EMR processes.
• Create dashboards to monitor program performance, service levels, volume, risks, and patient outcomes.
• Launch and evaluate pilots with external partners, defining responsibilities, handoffs, success measures, and scaling recommendations.
• Use lightweight tools, automation, and AI to reduce manual work before dedicated product capabilities are available.
• Support Care Management operations by improving case-complexity assessment, routing, capacity planning, service levels, and impact measurement.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, program management, or implementation.
• Experience designing workflows, operating models, standard operating procedures, and job aids.
• Strong analytical program management skills, including metrics, dashboards, spreadsheets, and program success measures.
• Experience collaborating with clinical leaders, operations teams, technical partners, and external organizations.
• Moderate SQL experience.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, high-growth environment, including experience in a company that has demonstrated scale.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.
