Principal Strategic Advisor, Healthcare

Salary: $130,560–$208,896 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus

What you will do

• Lead healthcare redesign, provider reimbursement, and partnership strategies supporting growth, cost management, outcomes, and member experience.
• Support the development and maintenance of products and market offer components.
• Lead strategic planning, complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, and enterprise-level thought leadership.
• Present strategic concepts, reimbursement rates, provider performance metrics, and impact assessments to internal and external audiences, including senior leadership.
• Coordinate the work portfolio and collaborate across departments as a healthcare delivery transformation and reimbursement strategy subject matter expert.
• Monitor industry, regulatory, technology, and market trends while driving operational improvements in analysis, reporting, project management, and consulting approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading strategic planning, complex analysis, healthcare reimbursement, or healthcare delivery transformation initiatives.
• Ability to present to audiences at all organizational levels and mentor or oversee junior staff.

Nice to have

• Risk adjustment experience.
• Experience with Medicare or the ACA.
• Experience with SQL, R, SAS, or Python data analytics tools.
