Enterprise Architect (DevOps & Observability)

What you will do

• Define enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps gold standards, reference architectures, and golden paths.
• Establish standards for CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, GitOps, security, automated testing, and release management.
• Define observability standards covering metrics, logs, traces, APM, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, APIs, and databases.
• Establish SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, KPIs, alerting, dashboards, and telemetry standards.
• Lead proof-of-concepts, technology evaluations, and build-versus-buy-versus-partner assessments.
• Create reusable CI/CD templates, Terraform modules, security integrations, dashboards, and onboarding frameworks while driving adoption across engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

• Experienced enterprise architecture background with hands-on DevOps and DevSecOps expertise.
• Experience with platform engineering, CI/CD, Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform or infrastructure as code, and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of observability, APM, SRE, AIOps, metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and telemetry.
• Understanding of SAST, DAST, SCA, automated testing, security integration, and release management.
• Must work onsite in Columbus, Ohio.
