Talent Program Manager, Technology (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts, with four days on-site per week Monday–Thursday and remote work on Fridays; open to candidates in Seattle, Washington.

Annual base salary: USD 103,500–115,000, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, operations, vendor management, communications, and measurement for Technology’s global learning and development portfolio.
• Run performance and promotion cycle operations, including the Technical Review Process, manager training, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the Talent for Technology AI automation roadmap across learning, performance, promotions, reporting, onboarding, and workforce-planning support.
• Identify automation opportunities, define requirements and success metrics, and partner with technology, data, security, privacy, and platform teams to launch responsible solutions.
• Build integrated project plans, dashboards, decision logs, operating cadences, OKR updates, and leadership-ready communications.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to improve program outcomes, stakeholder decisions, and employee and manager experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, talent management, learning and development, people operations, HR transformation, or a related business-facing role.
• Experience owning complex multi-stakeholder programs from strategy and design through execution, measurement, and iteration.
• Experience with cyclical talent processes such as performance management, promotions, calibration, talent reviews, or learning programs.
• Practical experience designing or improving workflow automations or AI-enabled processes and translating user needs into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, project-management, communication, facilitation, and change-management skills, including advanced Google Sheets or Excel proficiency.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive employee data and confidential talent decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS and talent systems, learning platforms, survey tools, project-management tools, or BI tools.
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow-automation platforms, no-code or low-code tools, AI copilots, agents, or prompt and workflow design.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices, including human review, quality measurement, privacy, security, and change management.
• Experience supporting global or distributed technology teams across time zones.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, learning and development, communications, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
