Salary: $38.65–$53.15 per hour

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Lead and mentor technical support teams by providing guidance and expertise.
• Manage IT support projects and ensure timely completion.
• Set up, configure, and maintain advanced computer hardware and software.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and technical issues while minimizing operational disruption.
• Provide specialized support for MDM, iOS, Linux, A/V systems, and executive users.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Advanced technical training in computer systems, networking, troubleshooting, MDM, iOS, Linux, A/V, and executive support.
• In-depth knowledge of computer systems and experience resolving complex hardware and software issues.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work at the Centennial, Colorado location.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, network configuration, remote support tools, ITSM, MDM, A/V systems, and executive support.
• Experience leading technical support teams and managing projects.
