Risk Portfolio Data Analyst Senior (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States

What you will do

• Own risk reporting and portfolio analytics across the Credit organization.
• Execute risk assessments, coordinate risk responses, and support program testing and validation.
• Use internal and external data, including AI, to develop and improve credit portfolio monitoring.
• Document risk analyses and controls, evaluate control design, and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, stress testing, and scenario analysis to assess portfolio impacts.
• Prepare polished reporting packages and presentations for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong data analysis experience, including mining large datasets for trends and decision-making insights.
• Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills, including advanced Excel formulas and executive presentation development.
• Dashboarding experience with Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar tools.
• Experience deploying AI in a risk management context and navigating complex internal systems.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, ownership, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of merchant acquiring services.
• Financial analysis, accounting, or formal credit training.
• SQL and VBA coding skills.
