Salary: $108,160–$162,240 USD annually. Geographic-specific structures may apply, including $118,960–$178,440 and $124,400–$186,600.

What you will do

• Lead quantitative and qualitative data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and dashboard development for Claims Leadership.
• Access and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify patterns, trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver written, verbal, and presentation-based insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Define business requirements, contribute to KPI frameworks, and document Claims processes when needed.
• Consult with leaders and participate in cross-functional teams addressing complex business issues.
• Coach and mentor peers on analytical methodologies, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of professional experience, including 5 years building analytics models, visualizations, and delivering insights.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, statistical research techniques, and report or application development supporting business decisions.
• Expertise with SAS, SQL, Microsoft Excel, SPSS, or comparable analytical tools.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau and the ability to apply data visualization best practices.
• Ability to provide design direction, interpret findings, and collaborate across functions.
