Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Specialist - Consumer Data Solutions & Analytics

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Wilmington, DE; East Brunswick, NJ; or Tysons Corner, VA.

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead complex analytics initiatives supporting customer experience, business strategy, risk management, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze large consumer datasets in sandbox environments and develop actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reporting suites, and analytical solutions using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Develop KPIs, forecasts, predictive models, segmentation, targeting, and portfolio strategy analyses.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, Governance, Finance, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision support.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, subqueries, data validation, and performance optimization.
• Strong Python experience in data analysis, data manipulation, reporting automation, data quality monitoring, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI and with sandbox data environments.
• Experience supporting risk management, governance, compliance, or regulatory initiatives in customer-focused data environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with credit risk, operational risk, quantitative models, risk appetite, financial analysis, or banking products.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and improving data quality or reporting automation.
